DALC recognises that training for Councillors and Clerks of member Councils is increasingly important. This issue has been highlighted by the Quality Parish Scheme, where having a trained Clerk and well informed Councillors is key to achieving Quality Status. DALC has put in place a training programme to help train and inform both Clerks and Councillors.  Below are the details of the training events that are running at present.
